The person in this position will support the IT Compliance Team, providing high-quality services.

To partner and consult with IT and Business to advise on a broad range of IT Compliance and Control topics including information security, information assurance, and risk management.

To ensure functional IT asset risks are identified and managed in line with IT Compliance strategy, policy framework, laws regulations and industry standards.

Cover IT Compliance in a local/Regional model as well as supporting global initiatives and serving as IT Risk Center of Excellence member to assess and analyze risk at the enterprise / organizational level.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Key responsibilities_
  • Manage classification and categorization of data in terms of content, type, and underlying importance and risk.
  • Maintain information governance framework that defines how associates, organization and vendors process specific data in the most secure and costeffective way. Determining and recommending improvements to current risk management controls
  • Monitor control of IT services and processes (such as procedures for disaster recovery/business continuity and define how to deal with information breaches).
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of information risks and that issues are being proactively mitigated.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, QA/eCompliance, Financial Assurance, Internal Audit, etc.) to ensure processes are compliant and control/requirement are known within the organization. Interpreting regulations as they pertain to our data, information systems, platforms, processes, and procedures.

Skills For Success

  • Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 35 year's working in a regulated environment Finance, life science, IT. Preferably as an IT Auditor.
  • Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, risk management systems and basic knowledge of SAP.
