What you'll do

  • You will report to Sr Manager Service Management to contribute to technical and customerfocused position, deliver of professional services to fulfil customer requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • You will provide technical support for a variety of CSGi's software/ hardwarebased solutions (incident management).
  • Deliver a high quality of customer service
  • Maintain close interaction with our teams
  • Provide remote and onsite support and professional services to strategic customers
  • Install and commission customer solutions
  • Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 months experience on Customer Service
  • Experience doing Technical Troubleshooting
  • Customer Support Interaction with Mobile Operators in the Region.
  • Experience in MySQL, Oracle
  • Experience in Linux installation and administration
  • Experience in Development/Scripting skills
  • Perl, Bash, JavaScript, and Ansible
  • Proficient in English in a business environment
