    Senior Data Scientist at BairesDev

    Join our Research & Development Team (R&D) as a Senior Data Scientist. This professional will leverage data and machine learning techniques to automate decision making by producing advanced reports and models.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enhance data literacy across the company.
    • Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages.
    • Conduct advanced analysis and communicate results effectively.
    • Develop predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
    • Combine models through ensemble modeling.
    • Propose solutions to business challenges.
    • Design and execute experiments for hypothesis testing.
    • Participate in discussions regarding the Data Science chapter.
    • Collaborate with product managers to build data products.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related areas.
    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Proficiency in Python, R, or another major programming language.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong knowledge of probability and statistics.
    • Experience with machine learning concepts.
