What activities will you be performing? - Answer customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer support by addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues and providing a satisfactory solution.
- Create tickets to manage customer requests properly.
- Provide assistance and follow up to suppliers (logistics companies).
- Maintain constant communication with inbound and outbound customers.
- Provide assistance to both customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying key customer requests.
