    We offer:

    • Base Salary of $13,000.00 to $15, Direct contracting with our company.

    • Working Hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m (hybrid)

    For us it is important that you possess the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service through phone calls.
    • Advanced English.
    • Sense of urgency.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
      What activities will you be performing?
    • Answer customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide customer support by addressing their inquiries, concerns, or issues and providing a satisfactory solution.
    • Create tickets to manage customer requests properly.
    • Provide assistance and follow up to suppliers (logistics companies).
    • Maintain constant communication with inbound and outbound customers.
    • Provide assistance to both customers and colleagues.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying key customer requests.
