y detalle de las actividades- Ensures product and process quality by designing test methods; testing the capabilities of the process and the finished product; establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes. Ensures that production KPIs are met and communicated at different levels. Establishes improvement actions where necessary. Responsible for the execution of new product introductions and product transfers. Effectively and efficiently manages the production to achieve daily/weekly/monthly objectives according to client specifications. Directs the manufacturing function to achieve gross margin, quality, and production targets to meet profitability, customer requirements, and quality standards. Identifies opportunities for operational improvement within the organization. Implements continuous improvement based on lean manufacturing principles, identifies efficiencies, and implements changes through training, practices, and processes. Inspires others to meet or exceed expectations daily through their own enthusiasm and energy.

Experiência y requisitos
Requirements:
Educational: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing management leadership
English skills:
B2+, or Above
