    The Decision Support Manager possess a blend of analytical acumen and leadership prowess, capable of driving both numbers and people towards organizational objectives. Their leadership should foster integration, innovation, and team growth within the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a cross-functional team, promoting collaboration and ensuring optimal performance.
    • Drive data-driven financial, operational, and commercial analysis for decision-making.
    • Integrate and connect diverse information sources from various systems for a comprehensive viewpoint.
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage relationships effectively in both English and Spanish.
    • Ensure alignment with S4HANA functionalities and leverage its capabilities for decision support.
    • Lead the transition towards efficiency, including the shift from manual processes to full automation.
    • Provide reports and insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects ecosystems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce or Related
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
    • Significant experience in team leadership and management in a cross-cultural setting."
    • Ability to drive team towards achieving strategic goals while fostering a positive work environment.
    • Proficiency in S4HANA.
    • Advanced competency in Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects ecosystems."
