Summary:
VES is looking for a
Manufacturing Manager to join our team in our
Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico location.

This person will direct production, distribution, branch plant or assigned territory of industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinates production, distribution and warehousing in accordance with established policies, principles and procedures.
Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to solve operating problems and improve product quality.
Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.
Reviews plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.
Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control schedules to maintain and improve the profitable operation of the division.
Responsible for overall efficiency and productivity in the area.

Education and/or Experience:

Experience in metal mechanical area (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position (preferred).
SAP and Office management.
Capacity analysis and constraint management.
