• 
  Lead and manage a team of molding experts, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• 
  Develop and execute strategic plans for the molding department aligned with overall company goals. Lead the team towards achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• 
  Oversee day-to-day operations of the molding department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and time lines are met efficiently.
• 
  Establish and maintain high-quality standards in molded products. Implement robust quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• 
  Cultivate a environment of collaboration, growth, and accountability within the department.
• Continuously analyze and improve molding processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Implement best practices to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of molded components into the manufacturing process.

Must:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in molding operations
• 5+ years of experience as molding department leader / manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of molding processes, technologies, materials and quality standards. (Plastic Injection Molding, Vacuum Molding, Closed-loop molding, mainly)
• Previous experience in mold design and troubleshooting.
• Expert on Plastic Injection Molding
• Advanced English
• Hands on person with proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
