What we want you to do

• Input data related to collision repair estimates to ensure quality repairs and methods used are in line with personal automotive repair experience and customer provided guidelines.
• Document repair estimates and document recommended modifications via the ControlExpert platform.
• Actively support your colleagues and help build a culture of accountability.

What you need to have

• Minimum 1 year of experience with prior auto claim writing within an insurance company (preferred) or other environment. Prior shop employment experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to type 30+ words per minutes.
• Ability to work independently and accurately with mínimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized and detailoriented individual.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
