MediButton provides medical alert systems to individuals who are seeking safety, security and independence.

We have a proud heritage of helping to save the lives of those who struggle physically because of age, health or disability.

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and information by phone to our potential customers in the United States regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company.

Because these customers are located in the U.S., you must be
FLUENT IN ENGLISH.

You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

We are recruiting several sales associates to contact customers by phone who have already shown an interest in a medical alert system.

These potential clients have responded to our online advertising and have requested a sales call.

Duties include direct telephone contact to discuss our services, help customer to select the appropriate medical alert system, collect billing information and schedule delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads
• Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
• Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
• Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
• Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner
• Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
• Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database
• Process orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
• Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
• Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers

Requirements and Qualifications

Fluent in English language:

• Experience in a sales related role preferred but not required
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Personable and friendly tone of voice
• Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected

We offer base pay (DOE) plus commission.

Pay:
$8, $15,000.00 per month
