Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support our North America Distributors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and French, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to multitask.

• Taking orders from North America Distributors in multiple languages and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Fulfilling customer inquiries via chat, phone, or email, providing accurate information on promotions, events, and products.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including Finance, Warehouse, Operations, Sales Centers, and Order Audit to resolve order-related issues.
• Providing proactive support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English, and French.
• A degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in customer service.
• At least one year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Email.
