The Corporate Giving Services Expansion & Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting and contributing to the successful deployment of the Corporate Giving Service and system to different markets/business units based on the established expansion plans and roadmap.


Able to follow the established deployment/operational processes in order to support onboarding and adoption of Corporate Giving Services and system to ensure proper alignment to Global Standard and SOP.


Conduct small engagement meetings related to Accelerated Onboarding to collect business requirements, lead onboard trainings/workshops, support change management and communications.

In addition to partnering with our internal customer groups, the role will work closely with the Director of Expansion and Engagement to support the fulfillment of the expansion plan; collaborate and consult with our Technology team and Operational Services team as needed.


The Corporate Giving Services Expansion & Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who can work independently and must possess experience with onboarding, engagement, training and implementation; along with stakeholder/business partners management skills and customer service experience.


Ability to manage complex project, including the ability to navigate through the intricacies of a corporate matrix in order to deliver on the remits of the CGS team.


We are seeking a deployment/change manager that knows how to implement an effective strategy and is a proven enabler for the delivery of business benefits, value proposition and can maximize stakeholder engagement and address changes impact.


The incumbent will be a member of the Corporate Giving Services team within GBS - Compliance, Legal & Contract Operations (CLCO) business unit, reporting to the Director, Corporate Giving Services Expansion & Engagement.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate and partner with Expansion & Engagement Director, Technology Owner and Operational Services Manager to develop the deployment methodology/strategy, support successful onboarding and transition to BAU.
  • Lead group engagement with target customer groups to drive adoption and deployment of CGS systems, services and operational model.
  • Lead workshops/meetings to evaluate change impacts, capture business requirements and bring back to the CGS internal key stakeholders for discussion and solutions recommendations.
  • Support the execution of the strategic expansion roadmap in partnership with the Expansion & Engagement Director.
  • Assist with the communications plan that enables ongoing engagement with target markets/business unit toward adoption.
  • Manage different deployment and CGS Team projects and initiatives.
  • Track assigned tasks and actions from CGS LT Meetings and from CGS Monthly Alignment Meetings and send reminders.
  • Track deployment related tasks for Technology Owner and Operations Services Lead.
  • Maintain updates of the Expansion and Onboarding slides and Deployment Timeline
  • Independently responsible for the implementation of and management of the Accelerated Onboard Program with guidance from Expansion & Engagement Director.
  • Take on deployment related engagement activities with identified markets/business units
  • Lead group presentation and meetings with partners
  • Obtain the business requirements needed in order to complete deployment set up
  • Conduct Onboard Trainings with business end users/key stakeholders/partners on CGS external funding process and CyberGrants.
  • Responsible for the updates and management of the Onboarding Training materials for CGS in collaboration with the CGS Operations Team.
  • Train the Operations Specialist on market/business unit requirements/processes as part of transitioning to BAU
  • Navigate through the complexity of change management in a matrix and hierarchical environment to successfully complete onboarding and transition of markets/business units to CyberGrants and Corporate Giving Services.
  • Drive the adoption and alignment to Global Standard and SOP in the transition to CGS and system.
  • Assist with the migration more complex markets/business units onto Corporate Giving Service and system.
  • Support the management of key partners/stakeholders business relationship as part of the deployment phase.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and update of the presentation/training media such as the PowerPoint slides, tools, pdfs and video assets related to deployment, onboarding and transition for the CGS team.
