Bilingual (Contact Center MX)

What You'll Be Doing:

Answer basic HR policyrelated questions for managers, employees and coworkers in Mexico and USA and escalate as appropriate.
Educate clients in Mexico of services available to them and ensure accountability towards selfservice tools such as Workday, My Connect, and other systems.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Utilize Workday to process specific employeerelated transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
Continuously create and define process improvement.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
Desirable minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
Bachelor's degree in HR or businessrelated field required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondences and other written materials.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
Highly prefer experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday.
