Primary Function of Position:


We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual, who will create a positive experience to all our customers, to join our Human Resources People Services Team.

You will have an opportunity to multi-task a lot of different and interesting work.

Our team of Human Resources Representatives provides employee benefits support including medical, dental, rewards and recognition, and processing transactions in our Human Capital Management (HCM) System for employee data changes.

Examples of some of these changes are the following:
manager, manufacturing shift, cost center and work location changes.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to employee's questions and inquiries, delivering highlevel customer service.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including communication with new hires.
  • Administer employee data changes, including managing and maintaining employee files and master data.
  • Ensure that employee and organizational data integrity is maintained during administration processing, following data management processes and procedures.
  • Perform other HR operational tasks such as: data entry, employment verification requests, Everify process, background checks, coordination with payroll, and overall maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity.
  • May assist with administering other special projects as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
