Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that our customers' orders are processed appropriately.

They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided.

Professionalism, follow through, and attention to details are critical skills for this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

Receive and process orders for the organization
Enter orders and associated information, such as names, addresses, and billing information, into a database
Provide order confirmations to customers
Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders and obtain additional information
Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
May respond to customer complaints

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Customer Service area
35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Fully bilingual English-Spanish
Strong organizational and communication skills and proven computer skills
Demonstrated time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with ERP systems and the manufacturing environment preferred
