Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that our customers' orders are processed appropriately.

They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided.

Professionalism, follow through, and attention to details are critical skills for this role.


Essential Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process orders for the organization
  • Enter orders and associated information, such as names, addresses, and billing information, into a database
  • Provide order confirmations to customers
  • Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders and obtain additional information
  • Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
  • May respond to customer complaints

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Customer Service area
  • 35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Fully bilingual English-Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and proven computer skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and the manufacturing environment preferred
