Job Description:

Deploy problem solving culture, enhancing the use of structured methodologies by developing and mentoring associates to lead and sponsor projects to find and eliminate technical and managerial root cause for top problems that affects business indicators.

Assure project selection is based on main Plant Indicators.
Assure that selected projects are properly resourced (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc.).
Coach Problem Solving projects techniques and strategic thinking.
Coordinate periodical project status review with sponsors and leaders.
Coordinate and track trainings and certifications status for Problem Solving Methodologies.
Perform projects assessment to evaluate adherence to expected quality and time.
Report cost avoidance / benefits from closed projects.
Support teams to identify and communicate barriers to sponsor, to effectively overcome obstacles and assure projects success.
Communicateclarify topics related to problem solving projects as primary contact with Bosch management or client when required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in problem solving especially in Manufacturing Area.
Certified as Shainin Journeyman preferred.
Certified as Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Trained / Experienced in 8D methodology.
Knowledge in Kepner Tregoe (Is/is not, differences and changes, logical check)
Logical and strategic thinking.
Knowledge in descriptive statistics and statistical inference.
Problem solving / Statistical software tools like Minitab, Red X Tracker, etc.
Microsoft Office.
Proactive, team work and good communication skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships of trust across levels, regions, backgrounds and cultures.
Deals constructively with people he/she might be in conflict with.
Convincingly presents ideas and concepts to different target audiences.
Listens actively in order to understand other people's perspectives.
