    As a seasoned leader in our organization, you will be responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of our 41-community portfolio and enabling smart growth. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership to ensure disciplined controls, accurate reporting, strong cash management, and actionable insights.



    This position requires close partnership with executive leadership, operations teams, and external stakeholders to turn complex data into clear decisions that drive business forward. You will lead, mentor, and engage your team members to foster accountability performance improvement



    Key Responsibilities




    • Financial Leadership & Team Oversight:

    • • Lead AP AR General Ledger Treasury Payroll functions ensuring effective operation control.
