The Role

The Business Reporting Team is a central team within WTW Investments which is responsible for working with a wide range of data sets ex: product, client, valuations, portfolios etc to create bespoke reporting and analysis to support business requirements such as regulatory, business insights etc

Work with stakeholders across the business ex: Client Services, Business Management etc to map out project/query requirements and document the process
Assist and buildout dashboards/reports as per project/query requirements using various platforms ex: PowerBi, PPT, excel
Continuously maintain business data charter and other process documents to ensure relevance and integrity of the activities
Ensure data accuracy, governance and validity of the underlying datasets and work with data owners to ensure integrity of the datasets
Timely MI and reporting to stakeholders for agreed deliverables.
Initiate and contribute to new ideas to provide business insights and analysis and convert them into stakeholder outcomes
Contribute and execute to efficiency projects to streamline existing processes to achieve business outcomes

The Requirements

Bachelor's degree education is essential for the role
Prior experience in Business Reporting is essential and preferably in the Asset Management industry.
Should have at least 3 years' experience working on excel and PowerBI dashboards
Good understanding of Data Management principles on areas of sourcing, cleansing, transformation etc will be advantageous
Advanced and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools esp PowerBi, PowerQuery, Excel etc is essential
Proven effective oral and written communication skills in business English
