We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
GCP Engineer

What you'll do:

Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities
Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management
Strong track record of delivering high quality customer service within standardized guidelines.
Execution support to various Developer Relations Accelerator programs
Reviewing requirements of programs with the respective Program Managers
Keep track of issues pertaining to programs handled
Work with external agencies on event logistics

Preferred experience:

2+ of experience if technical support of Google Cloud or Cloud platform
Knowledge and experience of all important Google and GCP Products
Good understanding of GCP Tech support processes & tools
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
Advanced level of English is a Must
