As Site Specialist you will work as a member of the Project Execution team in our Robotics division and you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Performing site surveys to establish the required steps to execute site-works activities (together with Supply Chain Management).
• Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews, labor modeling and other preparation activities.
• Helping to collect and estimate of labor hours and other works-related information.
• Performing on-site reviews, ensuring that business systems are updated with all approved project cost adjustments.
• Reviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issues.
• Controlling installation- and commissioning-related documentation accuracy and consistency.
• Effectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering completed.
• Previous experience as manufacturing and installation leadership.
• Project Management certification or in process is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability to travel. Desirable valid visa and passport.
• Intermediate English level.
