Adquirir los bienes y servicios que la unidad de negocios necesita, en las mejores condiciones de precio, calidad y tiempos de entrega, manteniendo y cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos tanto por los clientes externos e internos, para asegura la optimización del ensamble, asegurando el correcto control de la materia prima, insumos etc.

Responsabilidades:

Denegar el derecho de compra (Acceso o eliminación dentro de la cartera de proveedores), siguiendo los procedimientos y requerimientos de T&C y Sourcing
Para definir los níveles óptimos de inventario, así como los métodos de control que los rigen.
Definir el acomodo de los materiales, insumos y/o consumibles de forma de garantizar su conservación, identificación y acomodo eficiente.
Hacer ajustes en el programa de producción y en la secuencia de operación
Analiza y planifica el abastecimiento de materiales directos e indirectos para productos activos y nuevos productos usando sistemas MRP/ARP para asegurar el cumplimiento a programa.
Provee soluciones en la cadena de abastecimiento para productos ETO de alta, media o baja complejidad (Componentes metalmecánicos, tansmisión de potencia mecánica, eléctricos, eléctronicos y neumáticos)
Lidera e impulsa iniciativas de productividad en costos variables relacionados con los productos / productos asignados.
Desarrolla y mantiene sólidas relaciones con los proveedores para garantizar la entrega oportuna de los materiales.
Investiga posibles retrasos y / o problemas de calidad, identifica planes y soluciones alternativas (bajo los lineamientos de la empresa)
Qualifications:
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
Proven ability to take on tasks and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
Proven experience in ETO and MTO of mechanical parts.
Fully understand of supply chain process
Proven experience in SAP, ERP, MRP
Fully English (written and spoken)
