    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of product necessary for the business, based on lead times and sales forecasts.
    • Correspond and communicate with suppliers for any updates regarding orders and/or products.
    • Collaborate with engineering to ensure product meets specifications and quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers and partners.
    • Lead Weekly Production meeting to review all incoming shipments and product needs.
    • Monitor and maintain acceptable inventory business wide.
    • Coordinates and manages physical cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
    • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to research and identify inventory discrepancies, in a timely manner.
    • Thorough understanding of purchasing, warehousing, and inventory control
    • Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into SAP system.
    • Ability to work effectively with others and be participative as a team player.
    • Must have excellent attention to detail.
    • Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, purchasing, inventory control, or a related field.
    • Automotive/Metal Mechanic industry experience preferred.
    • SAP experience.
