    El objetivo principal de esta posición es analizar la información financiera y operativa para proporcionar un análisis profundo de los resultados operativos y financieros, asegurando la integridad de la información. Esta posición también es responsable de liderar los Proyectos de Reportes Digitales y las solicitudes de reportes de la alta dirección.

    Responsabilidades Principales

    • Responsable de la preparación y/o revisión oportuna y precisa de toda la información/reportes financieros significativos, incluyendo el cierre de fin de mes, análisis de variaciones, comentarios, tableros y presentaciones.
    • Responsable de la elaboración de informes del país y la estandarización y reglas de los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño.
    • Responsable de liderar el Proyecto de Reportes Digitales dentro del Área R2R.
    • Preparar y analizar Información Financiera y Operativa para la alta Dirección (por ejemplo, EBITDA, Capital de Trabajo, CAPEX, SG&A, ROCE, CVA, etc.)
    • Producir análisis y reportes ad-hoc según lo requiera la dirección para facilitar el proceso de toma de decisiones. Las tareas pueden estar relacionadas, pero no limitadas a pronósticos, capital, inventarios, presupuesto operativo y otras actividades de cierre de fin de mes.
    • Coordinar y analizar transacciones (diligencia debida) relacionadas con fusiones, desinversiones y adquisiciones.
    • Capaz de entender los informes financieros actuales y probar/ejecutar cambios bajo plazos. Debe trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de Reportes Financieros, Soporte Operativo y Planificación para gestionar proyectos.
    • Los proyectos especiales son recurrentes y requieren la capacidad de gestionar prioridades al mismo tiempo; la organización y priorización son imperativas.
    • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevas tecnologías de reportes y enseñarlas cuando se le solicite. Esta posición será experta en software de reportes y será un recurso disponible para el equipo de Cemex.
    • Conocimiento experto y profundo en SAP ERP, Hyperion, MS Office, Power BI y la herramienta interna LUCA.
    • Experiencia en análisis de procesos y rediseño de procesos.
    • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización.
    • Este rol incluye el apoyo a un calendario de cierre agresivo con fechas de finalización ajustadas.
    • Coordinar las cargas de presupuesto en SAP asegurando precisión y liberación oportuna para todo el país.
    • Colaborar con las partes interesadas internas para recopilar requisitos y comprender a fondo lo que debe ser respaldado por los sistemas de información y tecnología.
