    Enhancing Learning at Freudenberg

    We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our learning programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Driving Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement by soliciting feedback from employees and refining our learning offerings to meet their evolving needs.

    • Tailored Learning Solutions: Design, implement, and facilitate learning activities that cater to the unique requirements of our business, driving growth for both individuals and the organization.

    • Crafting Engaging Materials: Prepare comprehensive learning materials, including module summaries, handouts, videos, and curriculums, to support effective and engaging learning experiences.

    • Learning Program Management: Maintain and update learning programs within our Learning Management Systems, ensuring they remain current and accessible to all employees.

    • HR Collaboration: Serve as a key representative of the Human Resources department, collaborating with other functions and divisions to promote and support learning initiatives.

    • Problem Resolution: Provide solutions for employees experiencing issues with the Learning Management System or accessing learning activities, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

    • Subject Matter Expertise: Strive to become a subject matter expert in fields critical to our business success, contributing valuable insights and knowledge to our learning programs.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
    Specified years of industry-relevant professional experience.
    Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
    Professional-level English language skills preferred.
