ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Engagement Leaders by managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project activities.Control project plans, tasks, and timelines using project management tools like Jira.
Communicate with customers on both technical and task levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure tasks are executed on time and following all project requirements and client expectations.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance to clients as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project plans, task assignments, and client communications.
QualificationsProven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Expert level proficiency and familiarity with project management tools, as well as mastery of Jira.
Average SQL knowledge is required.
Proficiency in English is essential.
