Import Analyst

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 102 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for a Transportation Coordinator for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge tech Please submit resumes in English.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage Import operations and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations

Complete tasks aligned with import documentation, database management, coordination with brokers, carriers, petitions, etc.

Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely shipments
Review import legal documentation
Daily database management
Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
Cross collaborate with Arrows internal sales and asset teams

What We Are Looking For
years import experience. Specifically working with legal documentation

Experience working with customs and brokers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
Easy access to "Pinar de la Venta" (Arrow Warehouse)

$17,500 - $20,000.00 MXN Monthly
