Job Description:
This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom medium voltage motor control centers (MVMCC) based on customer specifications


Responsibilities:

• Review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Final engineering output is also reviewed to insure customer requirements were met and a quality process was followed.
• To insure team is able to do its best work, this manager will engage on order problems and help provide solutions removing obstacles to success at any point in the process. T
• Responsible of visibility within the business unit with expectations to be engaged on various internal projects to improve customer experience and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient English level.
• Demonstrated Organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong technical background with expertise in problem solving techniques.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical competencies in others
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting challenging customer and business expectationsLIAM1
