The person in this position will support the Solution Delivery Team, providing high-quality services. This is the role which is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies using Websites.

This role will work with a variety of different technologies, including Web Design and Development, Web Analytics software, Social media management tools, Consent Management Software tools and more.

How You Will Make a Difference

Key responsibilities_
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and systems, and optimize workflows for productivity.
Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
Produce tangible deliverables such as requirement specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans for project and change initiatives.
Integrate MarTech products with other products/systems (coordination and development if needed)
Perform technical reviews of marketing technology products.
Follow all standard operating procedures and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problem, etc.
Train & support marketing teams on using MarTech products.
Provide technical assistance and enduser troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "howto" assistance.
High level knowledge/understanding about tools and technologies for marketing automation.

Skills For Success

Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
This role must include a general expertise with a wide variety of marketing software, including Content management platforms (Either of Acquia / Drupal/ Sitecore / AEM etc.) Consent Management Solution (Either of OneTrust, Tealium, HubSpot)
This role is good to have (But not mandatory): High Level knowledge of Customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce Cloud)
Experience management software Mobile tracking software (Google Analytics, Tealium)
Experience with Marketing Technology and OneTrust Consent and Preference Center
Experience with website design, development and technologies.
Experience integrating analytics tools with ad platforms, attribution systems, and web technologies.
Experience in agile software development and support mid to large scale Salesforce or MarTech projects.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills.
Strong leadership, influencing and conflict resolution skills to drive change and business outcome.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources.
Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
Ability to operate in a global organization
Work with vendors and matrix teams to ensure continued product growth in an agile fashion
