Your Role and Responsibilities
Identity organization is looking for a Project Manager who is willing to be part of Global Identity Operations area, by coordinating and tracking all projects related to L1 and L2 support, which have high visibility to executives

Responsibilities:

Analyze new requirements
Create Project Management deliverables
Maintain project communications with stakeholders
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create regular estatus reports
Conduct regular estatus meetings with upper management and stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropiate tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate new initiatives implementation across the area

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
'- 5+ years of experience in Project Management

2+ years of experience on Operations / Support processes
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Advanced problemsolving skills
Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
Strong English written/verbal communication skills
Agile principles knowledge
Teamoriented leader
Project Manager certified

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
' - Jira and Trello knowledge

Change and Incident Management knowledge
