We are seeking a committed and talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our human resources.
What are the main functions?

• Calculation, input, and review of payroll incidents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Personnel administration, including maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and record management.
• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on hiring highly skilled operators.
• Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law to ensure regulatory compliance.

What requirements are important for the position?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Advanced English
  What experience do we require you to have?
• Previous experience in human resources functions, including payroll, personnel administration, labor relations, and recruitment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a staff of 50 individuals.
