- Facilitate and administer the collective bargaining process, working closely with management and employees to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and prepare disciplinary actions, grievances, and arbitration as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee legislation matters, ensuring a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective labor relations strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in labor relations, HR, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including collective bargaining agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management and employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
