WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for investigating and documenting deductions and determining a path forward.


Key responsibilities:


  • Responsible for researching, analyzing, root cause analysis, and problemsolving of customer deductions and disputes.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable to team to track, validate, and clear customer deductions.
  • Provide detailed deduction documentation to the Sales team that will be shared with the customer.
  • Work closely with Pricing Analysts to ensure a customer has the correct price in their system.
  • Ability to understand and access customer portals to confirm quotes and price levels.
  • Create and analyze price audit reports for internal audit reviews
  • Enhance deduction process to streamline processes, reduce errors and improve efficiencies.

ABOUT YOU
years of progressive experience in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Finance, or Analytics.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical skills and experience working with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs, charts, and data analysis in Excel)
  • Demonstrated flexibility/ adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have knowledge of basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
