WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for investigating and documenting deductions and determining a path forward.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for researching, analyzing, root cause analysis, and problemsolving of customer deductions and disputes.
Collaborate with the accounts receivable to team to track, validate, and clear customer deductions.
Provide detailed deduction documentation to the Sales team that will be shared with the customer.
Work closely with Pricing Analysts to ensure a customer has the correct price in their system.
Ability to understand and access customer portals to confirm quotes and price levels.
Create and analyze price audit reports for internal audit reviews
Enhance deduction process to streamline processes, reduce errors and improve efficiencies.

ABOUT YOU
years of progressive experience in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Finance, or Analytics.

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytical skills and experience working with Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs, charts, and data analysis in Excel)
Demonstrated flexibility/ adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrates initiative and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have knowledge of basic mathematical concepts.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
