What will you do?

Accounts payable control for local and foreign suppliers.
Follow up to the purchase orders and invoices, with vendors and Siemens purchasers.
Reconciliation and reporting of the consignment suppliers.
Tracking of Transitory accounts.
Support in data cleansing of open items.
Reconciliation of aged items.
Ensure the correct process to invoices vs. Material entry (MIGO and MIRO SAP).

What will you need to succeed?

Degree in Business Administration, accounting, engineering or related
At least 1 year of working experience in accounts payable
Desirable understanding in manufacturing companies (direct material, indirect material).
You recognize digitization as an opportunity and productivity driver.
Strong SAP and MS Excel skills
Desired Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools for big data analysis.
Advanced English.
Effective communication, presentation, and networking skills. Inspire and motivate others to deliver better results.
You take ownership, can work independently, and have initiative.
Your strengths: collaboration attitude and execution, capable of building trust with others.
