YOUR ROLE:


  • Manages/Coordinates fin. statements, bus. activity reports, fin. position forecasts, annual budgets and analysis reports
  • Tracks KPIs and provides indepth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
  • Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
  • Communicates and presents proactively topics to General Management and other business contacts
  • Provides independent & objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
  • Reporting
  • Spreads financial knowledge and consciousness across the company
  • Drives continuous improvement in relevant concepts, processes and tools
  • Project management
  • Team Lead: recruiting, onboarding & development, acts as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Advanced english communication
  • Previous experience in Finance & Accounting Controlling (12 years minimum)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Intermediate Excel usage for reporting
