OPPO Mexico is looking for a Receptionist with at least 1 years of experience in related roles- Advanced English required: conversational, reading and writing
Skills and experience:
- High School degree
- At least 1 years working experience in related roles.
- Advanced English is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend external visitors, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure welcoming everyone to the office and correctly receive every delivery.
- Ensure to notify internal members about a new visitor.
- Elaborate internal reports and tracking to internal personnel.
