Sr. Controls Engineer HL

Descripción
Desarrolla todos los aspectos de los sistemas, los equipos y la maquinaria de control.

Desarrolla y diseña los sistemas de control; desarrolla e implementa pruebas de banco; altera el software y los equipos para garantizar que los sensores y actuadores funcionen de acuerdo con las especificaciones; brinda soporte en los problemas y las solicitudes de cambio complejos y los depura.

Prepara estimaciones de costos, recopila la información requerida sobre costos y equipos, y redacta y revisa las solicitudes de asignación.

Investiga los problemas y los requisitos de los proyectos, y desarrolla planes de soluciones en línea con las consideraciones económicas, de personal y ambientales.

Puede ser responsable de la instalación y el soporte técnico del hardware y el software de controlador lógico programable (PLC).

Capacita y guía a ingenieros de control con menos experiência.

Machine Programming - Creates factory floor machine programs by designing and implementing solutions to improve usage of machine and overall operation.

Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.

Education, Licenses, Certifications College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Knowledge in Industrial Robot programming, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferred knowledge in welding robot process and 3D scanning. Yaskawa, Fanuc and Universal Robots preferred.

Proficient in PLC programming for assembly lines and management of MES systems with Allen Bradley PLCs

Knowledge in SQL programming for databases

Experience in defining and selection of electrical control components and structure of the programming for industrial machines with high Ethernet IP and IO-Link networks.

Experience in new projects launch and start of production phases.

Define the structure of the team aligned with the requirements of the company with the mindset of production support as priority with sense of urgency and ownership.

Industry 4.0 experience applied to production environment.
