What will be your challenges?

  • Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive financial reporting process for trusts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information presented.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of financing contracts to evaluate terms and conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure legal and financial compliance.
  • Develop strategies and criteria to optimally allocate financial assets to trusts, considering factors such as risk, return and liquidity
  • Create detailed financial models to forecast and manage cash flows associated with financings, including estimating income, expenses, amortization and other capital movements.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes to assess the financial and legal feasibility of commercial transactions, mergers or acquisitions.
