You will be part of the Network Operations Center. The team manages our corporate network.

As an Operations Analyst, you will develop your IT skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Queretaro and will report to Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts.
Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
Work with crossfunction teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
Track the resolution of all issues
Escalates critical issues to the NOC Shift Supervisor and support teams.
Work with ISPs and other service providers to create support issues.

Qualifications

Knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, IP voice, data, or internet technologies
Knowledge of servers (Linux and Windows).
English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
