    Buscamos a un profesional que se encargue de la gestión administrativa de nuestra planta, liderando equipos y responsabilizándose de las tareas correspondientes.

    Actividades principales

    • Responsable de reportes corporativos y control de documentación confidencial.
    • Elaboración de informes y presentaciones para la gerencia.
    • Organización y planificación de reuniones con personal de alta dirección.
    • Asistencia en eventos y presentación de documentos legales o financieros.
    • Reserva de vuelos para el Gerente de planta.

    Requisitos

    • Sentido de urgencia.
    • Licenciatura o ingeniería.
    • Experiencia previa de 2 años como Asistente.
    • Excel avanzado.
    • Inglés avanzado.
    • Disponibilidad para viajar (no es necesaria).
