Position Overview:


Fully responsible for human resource management in the plant, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll management, attendance, labor relations processing, training organization, performance management and HR regulations establishing, etc., in order to ensure the normal production and operation of the factory.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Implement the HR policies of company headquarters;
  • According to the production and operation needs of the plant, formulate annual recruitment plan; select effective recruitment channels to publish recruitment information, and carry out recruitment for various positions;
  • Manage employee relations, responsible for employee entry and exit procedures, managing labor contracts, handling complaints, conducting investigations and resolving disputes;
  • Implement the company's salary policy, statistics of employee attendance data, accounting for the company's employees' wages; according to business needs to carry out salary research;
  • Managing employee welfare programs, including medical insurance and vacation policies, etc., and handling insurance-related matters within the stipulated dates;
  • Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisal and employee development programs;
  • Formulate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee competence and career development
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters including employee relations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Requirements:


  • Human Resource Management or related majors;
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive HR in manufacturing industry;
  • Familiar with local labor regulations and HR management practices;
  • Familiar with local recruitment channels and good recruitment strategy;
  • Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good at dealing with people, optimistic and positive.

Pay:
$25, $40,000.00 per month
