Job Introduction:

This position is responsible to ensure and maintain a high level of support corresponding to the team leads in all activities of the department and ensure active participation in the daily business of his/her functional responsibilities.

Need an analytical, well-educated, knowledgeable, experienced, and motivated team-player with strong IT background, work ethic and integrity that will become a key part of IT-SAP Team to implement and provide adequate support for MM/PP/WM/QM/PM modules to SAP users across locations of North and South America region.

Suggest and implement improvements for MM/PP/WM/QM/PM processes using SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Need to provide training to users if needed or requested. This role uses business knowledge, IT background, SAP concepts and good communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems / implementations
Identify feasible solutions within SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet those business requirements and gaps
Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup or code and support rollout projects
Provide daytoday SAP enduser support
Create a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge
Complete other duties as required by the Manager from time to time
Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/highperformance team culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity
He/she ensures global support
Provide support in the creation of query reports/programs, barcode solutions, educational sessions, general consulting and project managers if requested.
Assist in systemrelated issues of manufacturing information processes/procedures
Assist in the coordination and collaboration of external consultants (Customer & Suppliers) as well as internal team members
Consult where requested for research and implementation assistance in regards to new modules, features or interfaced/integrated new products
Assist in generating task procedures for I.T administration
Time tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards
Support rollout projects
Ensures billing of his/her projects and changes
Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost and implementation timeline

Skills and Competencies:

Able to configure and support in PP/QM modules in SAP
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
Previous experience in SAP implementation and development of SAP configurations is preferred
Able to collaborate with users, and have a strong desire to excel
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, good interpersonal skills
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred
Monitor and test all SAP MM/PP/WM/SD/PS/QM/PM processes to insure solutions are not impacted by other module when upgrades and support patches get implemented or if the process changes in any other module
Review and work up development requests & specs for ABAP programmers to develop customized functionality or reports to meet business requirements
Experience in project management with technical competence in SAP

Excellent performance and organizational skills

Knowledge, Education and Work Experience:

Completion college diploma/certificate
Involved in designing and configuring SAP finance solution on SAP S/4HANA platforms
Experience in Automotive Industry is desirable

Work Environment:

Regular travel 10-25% of the time.
