    The Opportunity

    The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves collaboration with the marketing, SDR, and sales teams to create effective marketing and SDR campaigns and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
    • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
    • Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure alignment on targets, lead quality, and conversion processes.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and tactics continuously.
    • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline and measure marketing activities.
    • Work closely with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that attracts and converts target audiences.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and demand generation.
    • Manage budget and resources for demand generation activities.

    Requirements

    • +10 years of experience in demand generation or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting.
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
    • Ideally, knowledge in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tableau.
