Job Description -Support Analyst for Alchemy 24/- Evidian

Job characteristics


We are looking for a Support analyst in the domain of Cyber Security / Identity Management and Access Management, to reinforce our Editor Support team.

They will work in an international environment and contribute to the following activities:

  • Provide level 1 support to our customers and partners
  • Accept incoming customer cases and analyze against known issues / solutions
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and information gathering
  • Act as a liaison to the engineering and R&D Teams to provide resolution to customers
  • Develop and update issue / resolution matrix
  • Develop and update Work Level Instructions to assist in implementation of a new service
  • On Call support Coverage
  • Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities
  • Provide progress reports
Profile

  • Degree or equivalent in the fields of computer science, information processing, or software.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Identity and Access management operational support
  • Motivated, Selfstarter, able to reach goals with little supervision
  • Enjoys collaborating in a team environment
  • Enjoys interacting with customers and troubleshooting to help resolve technical issues
  • Enjoys creating and contributing to operational documentation and processes
Cross-functional skills

  • You demonstrate troubleshooting skills in complex client environments.
  • You have good interpersonal skills (written and oral) as well as good listening skills
  • You have the ability to assess processes and articulate gaps
  • You have a good level of English in writing, you are able to support a technical discussion in your field."
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, tools, software
  • Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Identity Federation, High Availability...
