    Job Description:
    JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Engineering (Graduate).

    Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in automotive industry in Quality roles, mainly with OEMs as Ford, GM and Stellantis.


    Language:
    Intermediate-Advanced English.

    Specific Knowledge:
    Core Tools (APQP, AMEF, MSA, SPC, PPAP)Quality Management System.

    Customer Specific Requirements according to IATF 169498D ́S, 5 whys, análisis de problemasSpecific Functions:
    Customer Quality Ensure that customer requirements are defined and fulfilled throughout the product process.
    Coordinate the response to quality problems by implementing appropriate actions.
    Identify and monitor Critical Customer Characteristics.
    Attend directly to customers to address Quality issues.
    Follow up on Internal and Customer Corrective Action Reports.
    Conduct customer visits as part of advanced product quality planning or customer complaint response.


    Process Quality:
    Ensure the correct application of the measurement systems in the area.

    Lead the response to corrective action reports as well as provide appropriate follow-up to the development and implementation of documentation activities.

    Eliminate failures in assigned areas or products.

    Actively participate in the identification and segregation of Scrap, as well as its reduction through the use of Quality tools.

    Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities involving Plant Systems and processes.
    Supervise that the material is properly identified.
    Follow up on raw material rejections to suppliers.
    Perform validation tests requested by the customer.
    Audit the process plant against the control plan to identify that there are no changes.
    Ensure compliance with in-process or continuous tests required by the customer, for the evaluation of product quality.
    Work in conjunction with production and Engineering to reduce product and process variation.
    Develop LPA audits.
    Quality of new projects Support production in the elaboration and execution of reaction plans, control plans.
    Ensure the quality of new processes/products, using the APQP tool.
    Actively participate in the Advanced Quality Planning and PPAP submission.
    Document the PPAP and control plan.
    Request checking fixtures.

    Manage activities of staff at launching stage (GP12).Quality Indicators Capture in the system the necessary information to generate the main Quality metrics.

    Maintain updated LSE system, customer portals, draw costs, PPM, internal, external and suppliers.
    In addition, the Immediate Supervisor may assign other functions derived from the natural process and development in the area.
