High school Certificate

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
4+ years administrative support experience at an executive level
Ability to create graphs in MS Office products
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
Previous +2 years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.
Previous +2 years of experience managing travel reservations.
Advanced English

The Administrative Assistant supports the General Manager for delivery stations.

Key job responsibilities

Completing expense reports and reimbursement.
Strong clerical skills photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes.
Management of fixed budgets for office administration, onsite events, meetings.
Arrange travel reservations for more than one Sr. manager role.
Office Organization.
Maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for the delivery stations Staff.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
Passion and enthusiasm for the Amazon vision
Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadline
High levels of integrity and discretion
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
