Requisitos:

35 years of experience in HR and automotive industry
Ley Federal del Trabajo (the basic knowledge)
Knowledge of recruitment process
Intermediate English

Actividades:

Oversee the whole recruiting process
Create and implement business strategy in a company
Strengthen the knowledge of labour law (naitonal and state)
Oversee the termination of the employment
Develop HR and administrative policies for the company
Develop the compensation packages for the company
Take charge of the administrative work, such as buying office appliances, etc

(※50% recruitment and 50% HR general affairs, including payroll, labour relations, on-boarding, etc.)
