    As a Human Resources Employee Services Specialist, you will ensure the end-to-end HR Employee Services for all employees are performed according to regional policies, local legislation, SLA, and statutory requirements, as well as professional support and guidance provided to employees and HR teams throughout the employee life cycle. This role ensures local employee services to address customer needs and satisfy customer experience.

    Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Ensures onboarding process to the company. Reviewing checking admissions
  • Contact new hires regarding the medical check and welcome kit.
  • Leads onboarding process. Support payroll, social security payments, general services
  • Support HR process as events, vacations, doubts of employees. Control Human Resources monthly invoices and purchase orders.
  • Employee files management (HTR): Custody and maintain physical & electronic personnel files/records from hiring to termination.
  • Collaborator departure process.
  • Contact with the sydicate. Contact with the legal office to attend to labor demands. Attention to IMSS, IFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.
  • Supervisor training

  • Required: Professional degree in administrative areas.
  • English proficiency desirable
  • Required: Professional degree in Administration, HR or any other related field
  • +3 or more years of related work experience
  • PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and communications skills, as well as detail-oriented
