- Support HR process as events, vacations, doubts of employees. Control Human Resources monthly invoices and purchase orders.
- Employee files management (HTR): Custody and maintain physical & electronic personnel files/records from hiring to termination.
- Collaborator departure process.
- Contact with the sydicate. Contact with the legal office to attend to labor demands. Attention to IMSS, IFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.
- Supervisor training
- Required: Professional degree in administrative areas.
- English proficiency desirable
- Required: Professional degree in Administration, HR or any other related field
- +3 or more years of related work experience
- PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision making and communications skills, as well as detail-oriented
