- Manage endtoend recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. (USA & Mexico)
- Develop policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
- Utilize HR metrics to generate reports and analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
- Excellent time management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Support hiring managers and HR staff in finalizing job offers, including salary negotiations and onboarding details.
- Develop hiring and employee retention strategies
