Position Overview

We're looking for a talented recruitment specialist who will be in charge of researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Functions:

Develops, facilitates, and implements the endtoend recruitment process in alignment with our internal business objectives.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand the skills, competencies, and overall requirements for each position.
Actively creates talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on our business needs.
Manages and coordinates job postings through different sourcing channels.
Coordinates the timely delivery of paperwork for new hiresSchedule
