Responsibilities:
Collaborate with US and Mexico offices to coordinate purchasing and planning activitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and partsSource and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performanceNegotiate contracts and terms with suppliersMonitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to meet production demandsWork closely with production and engineering teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environmentExperience working with US and Mexico offices and international suppliers from US, Mexico, India, and ChinaStrong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management principlesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesFluent in English and SpanishPay: $40, $60,000.
